[FFmpeg-user] Potential bug in ffmpeg when streaming rtsp

Hello,

I am having trouble setting up an rtsp stream using pcm_s16be as audio codec. Since everything
works fine when saving it to an avi file I suspect that it might be a bug in ffmpeg. For a detailed

Can somebody help me to figure out whether this is a bug or if I am doing something wrong?
