[Libav-user] Doxygen documentation for 4.2, 4.3 and 4.4 missed?

Hello, All!

I have two questions:
I can't see doxygen-generated API documentation at
https://ffmpeg.org/documentation.html

for latest ffmpeg releases... Does this mean API remained strictly the
same?

And Question two: is there easy way to diff those sections of documentation
online?
