[FFmpeg-user] ffmpeg + rtsp results in log output not displaying frame size nor bitrate

I've cut https://ffmpeg.org/trac/ffmpeg/ticket/1446 for this issue.

Additionally, as I've noted in the ticket itself, I've tested against a more recent version and the behavior persists.
