I do not exactly understand what you want to do, but echo-ing or
performing a operation with all files in a directory runs like this in
linux shell == powershell:

>>> find . -name "*.mp4" -exec echo {} \;        # "." after "find "
means the actual directory
>>> find . -name "*.mp4" -exec ffmpeg  -i{} blabla \;
