stop it - the defintion of a bug is that code don't work the way you 
thought and you can nothing do against it before it's too late

the code which makes the decision if a packet is bad could be vulnerable 
itself and there is no point to discuss when somebody have no clue about 
layered security

whatever don't reach your application can't trigger a bug in your 
application - it's that easy
