I considered setting up a vote using civs[1]
Is somebody willing to set it up?

My proposal for a vote are:

vote for the constituents. Elegible people are active contributors in
the last 3 years. Given the condorcet property the __no_more_people__
will be a candidate. People higher than __no_more_people__ will then
decide by majority what to do next.

Example

A
B
C
D
__no_more_people__
E

A B C D are elected as constituents E is rejected, those 4 people will
then decide how to manage.

This way everybody decides how big the number of the constituents is and
who is trusted to decide what to do next.

Obviously if __no_more_people__ comes to the top that means no
candidates are deemed trusted and the election has to be reopened.

That said I'll shut up in this regard and I'll try to go back hacking
the protocol layer and swscale.
